Important Provisions

According to article 456 of the Submandates Mandate 4, subsection 4, all submandators shall have at least one functioning armrest on their submandate vehicle.

Furthermore, all submandate vehicles shall display a minimum of 4 warning lights, at least 2 of which must be red. Failure to comply will result in a fine of at least 500 spacebucks.
