Officially Mandated for Your Own Good

As per Mandate 43, subsection 4, section 2, all citizens are hereby required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of cat videos for 24 hours straight
• Assignment to a remedial course in "The Art of Sarcasm"
• Forced attendance of a 3-day seminar on "The History of Bad Decisions"

Don't say we didn't warn you.
