Mandate 99: The Submandate

By order of the Supreme Mandate Authority, it is hereby decreed that all users shall:

• Wear pants on Tuesdays
• Use the metric system
• Nap for exactly 7 minutes and 32 seconds on Wednesdays

Failure to comply with these mandates shall result in:

• Severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, community service, and/or forced viewing of reruns of Mandate 99: The Penalties
