Section 3, Article 7, Subsection 2: Mandate 8

By order of the Ministry of Mandates, all citizens are hereby required to wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: public shaming, forced viewing of elevator music, and/or being forced to listen to elevator music in public.
