Submandate Level 1: The Ultimate Punishment

For those who have been very, very, very bad.

Duration: 1-5 minutes, depending on the severity of your crimes.

Penalties include, but are not limited to:

• Forgetting to eat your vegetables: 2 minutes of intense staring at a wall.
• Stealing a cookie from the break room: 3 minutes of forced listening to elevator music.
• Using the last roll of quarters: 5 minutes of awkward silence in a meeting.

Proceed to Submandate Level 2 for more severe penalties.
