This exercise is designed to help you identify and challenge unrealistic expectations that lead to burnout. Find a friend or colleague who is prone to making excessive demands on others. Sit down with them and discuss the following:

Remember, the goal is not to placate the over-achiever but to help them see the value in realistic expectations. It's a delicate balance, like a tightrope between 'yes, I can do that' and 'yes, I will consider it.'
