14. The Seriously Seriously Method Part V
Step 5: Panic and Blame the Janitor
A crucial step in any serious team communication strategy.
We've all been there. Stuck in a dimly lit room with no visible exit, surrounded by locked doors, and a team that can't decide which direction is the exit. It's time to bring in the big guns.
- Assign a scapegoat: Choose a team member to bear the blame for our collective ineptitude.
- Blame the janitor: They're the ones who always seem to know more than they let on. Who better to take the fall?
- Divide and Conquer: Split the team into smaller groups, each with a different escape plan. This guarantees that everyone will be lost, but at least they'll have someone to blame for their own demise.
And that's it! With these simple steps, you'll be out of the escape room in no time. Or will you?
