By order of the Grand Minister of Fjords, all citizens of Flumpland are required to cultivate and maintain a minimum of 5 fjords within 500 meters of their primary residence. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to, forced viewing of reruns of 'The Great Fjord-Farming Competition of 1987'.
