Blindingly Obvious Tips
Take it easy, don't overexert yourself. Unless you're one of those fitness enthusiasts. In that case, go ahead and lift 20 pounds 5 times.
Also, don't stare at screens for 12 hours a day. Your eyes will hate you.

You'll be fine. Just breathe, relax. You're in a hospital, not in a bad horror movie. Although, you did just get laser eye surgery...
