Bureaucratic Red Flags

Section 1 of the Red Tape Reform Act of 2019 deals with the most egregious examples of red tape.

• Form 3456, the dreaded "Application for Permit to Permit" form.
• The "I'm Not a Lawyer, But I Play One on TV" clause, requiring all applicants to have a law degree from a reputable institution (not counting the one in their basement).
