Step 3: Replace social media with actual human connection. Like, go outside and talk to a friend or family member. They're not as hard to find as you think.

Step 4: Set boundaries. Don't let the algorithm dictate your every move. You're in charge.

Step 5: Practice self-care. Get a massage, take a bath, or just take a nap. Your mental health is worth it.
