1. The Pomodoro Technique

Work in 25-minute increments, take 5-minute breaks, and repeat. Sounds simple, but trust us, it's a productivity sinkhole.

Example:

  1. Work 25 minutes
  2. Take a 5-minute break
  3. Check social media
  4. Work 25 minutes
  5. Take a 5-minute break
  6. Check social media
  7. ...

And so on.

But hey, at least it's a nice rhythm.
