Q: Will I get a refund if my tool breaks?
A: Ha! Refunds are for suckers. We're a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of tools, not your wallet. But hey, we might offer you a participation trophy if you promise not to break anything else for a week.
Q: Can I just return the broken tool for a replacement?
A: Nope. That's not how this works. You'll have to pay for the replacement, plus a small fee for our "Tool-Breaker's Insurance" program. It's only $20, and it covers up to three tool breakages per month. A great deal, if we do say so ourselves.
