What to do when Burnout Happens

Are you tired of being constantly exhausted? Do you feel like you're running on empty? Well, congratulations! You're experiencing burnout!

Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here are some tips to help you survive (and maybe even thrive) in this state of crisis.

Step 1: Breathe

Take a deep breath, and I mean a really deep breath. Like, try-to-breathe-in-through-your-eyes deep. It'll help you relax, or at least it'll give you a good excuse to take a break and pretend you're doing yoga.

Or, you know, just go for a walk. Any walk will do. Even a walk to the fridge for a snack will do. Just don't eat too much, or you might need to walk to the bathroom afterwards. And that's just more walking.
