Official Rules of Long Distance Pogging Competitions

Rule 1: Pogging Distance

Competitors must be at least 10 meters away from their target pog.

This ensures that no one can cheat by simply reaching out and touching the pog.

Competitors must be in a seated or standing position at all times.

No lying down or using a pog as a projectile.

Competitors may use any type of pog, but it must be at least 10cm in diameter.

Any other type of object will be considered a "non-standard pog" and subject to disqualification.

By participating in Long Distance Pogging Competitions, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will comply with these rules.
