Article 1: The Alan Proposal is a Serious Affair
Each match shall be played to the best of three games. Any player found guilty of not taking it seriously will be subject to penalties, up to and including being forced to listen to an hour of elevator music.
Article 2: Scheduling
Matches shall be played on Fridays at precisely 3:14 PM. Any player who arrives late will be docked a point.
Article 3: Equipment
Players are expected to bring their own controllers, which will be subject to inspection by the tournament officials. Any player found with a controller that has been modified in any way will be disqualified.
Article 4: Behavior
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a sporting manner. Any displays of poor sportsmanship will result in penalties, up to and including being forced to watch an hour of paint drying.
