Solution 1: Take a Deep Breath (and a shot)

When you're feeling angsty, try taking a deep breath. And a shot. Just kidding, don't actually take a shot. Unless you're feeling really, really angsty. But still, just take a deep breath.

Solution 2: Count to Ten (and then 11, and 12...)

Counting to ten is so overrated. Why not count to 20, or 50, or a thousand? The more you count, the calmer you'll be. (Or not.)

Solution 3: Yell at a Pillow (or a Wall)

Sometimes, the best way to deal with anger is to let it out. Just don't yell at anyone you actually care about. Unless you're in a rage-fueled relationship.
