Step 1: Identify the Problem (or the Person Causing It)
• Pinpoint the root cause of your anger (or the person who ate the last donut)
• Acknowledge that it's probably not your fault (but you're still pretty sure it's your fault)
• Take a deep breath and remember: you're not alone in this dumpster fire of a world
• Try to reason with the unreasonable (good luck with that)
• Scream at the top of your lungs (but only if you're in a well-ventilated area)
• Write an impassioned letter to your boss/landlord/spouse (just don't send it)
