Avocado Cream
A rich and creamy delight, perfect for topping your favorite dishes or using as a dip for your snack time.
Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe avocados
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
- Serve the cream chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of paprika or a slice of lime, if desired.
