  2. Add the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and mix until smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  4. Serve the cream chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of paprika or a slice of lime, if desired.
