Beetroot Soufflé Recipe
A soufflé so good, it'll make you scream: "I'm a beety in love!"
Ingredients:
- 4 large beets
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pick up beets. Yes, all of them.
- Cook beets until tender.
- Mix beets with other ingredients.
- Pour into soufflé dish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Serving Suggestions:
