For those who thought they were done with bland vegetables, we've got a surprise for you!
Tomato Soup for the Soul
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tolerable tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup tolerable onions, chopped
- 2 cloves tolerable garlic, minced
- 1 cup tolerable chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp tolerable thyme
Instructions:
- Melt 1 tsp tolerable butter in a pan.
- Add the tolerable garlic and onions and cook until softened.
- Add the tolerable tomatoes and broth, and stir until combined.
- Simmer until heated through, then serve.
