A simple dish for the simple folk.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup dried beans
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Soak the beans overnight, then drain and rinse.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
3. Add the soaked and drained beans to the pan, stir, and serve.
