Form 42-Gamma For requesting a change of stationery color. Be prepared for 17 levels of bureaucratic red tape. Do not attempt to fill this form out in a mirror, as this will void your request.
Form 13-Bet For applying for a permit to hold a bake sale in the Bureaucratic Complex. Be prepared for a comprehensive background check, and a 4-hour waiting room queue.
