Section 3: Acknowledgement of Receipt

Please note that this manual is provided as-is and should not be used as a guide for any actual, real-world bureaucratic process. Any resemblance to actual procedures is purely coincidental.

Subsection 1: Acknowledging the Obvious

When receiving a document, you must first acknowledge receipt of said document. This is done by signing and dating the document, preferably with a fountain pen.

Subsection 2: Filing and Stamping

Once the document is acknowledged, it must be filed in the proper location. This may involve stamping it with a series of colorful stamps, which serve as a form of bureaucratic currency.
