APPEAL PROCESS: STEP 3 - THE WAITING ROOM

STEP 3 - WAITING ROOM ETIQUETTE

Rules:

1. Arrive promptly, but not too early. The clock on the wall is not actually ticking.
2. Do not, under any circumstances, attempt to leave the waiting room. This will only lead to further delays.
3. Coughs, sneezes, and other loud noises are strictly prohibited. You are not in a library.
4. No eating, drinking, or chewing of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, gum, snacks, or energy bars.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a lengthy delay, possibly even a full day.
