The Bureaucratic Relief Act: A Law of Utter Confusion

In a bold move to confound and befuddle, the Bureaucratic Relief Act was passed in a flurry of paperwork, signed by a handful of confused officials, and ratified by a committee of sleep-deprived interns.

Section 1, Article 3: All citizens are hereby required to fill out Form 27-B/6 in triplicate, in triplicate, and in triplicate, for every occasion.

Section 7, Subsection B: All decisions made under the Bureaucratic Relief Act shall be made on the basis of a coin flip, a tarot reading, or a roll of the dice.
