Rules of the Bureaucracy Committee

The Bureaucracy Committee is a governing body that governs the governing bodies. We have a set of rules that we govern by.

Rule 1: All decisions must be made by committee. Unless they're not.

This is the foundation of our power structure. We make decisions, then we make other decisions about those decisions.

Rule 2: All meetings must be held in the conference room with the broken chair.

This rule is self-explanatory. If it weren't, we'd make it a rule.
