It's a little-known fact that the concept of Bureaucracy was first born in the dimly lit, damp caves of our esteemed Department 42. It's here that our forefathers, the great Bureaucrats, first harnessed the power of red tape, paperwork, and pointless meetings.
Legend has it that these early Bureaucrats were a tribe of nomads, wandering the deserts of Form 27-B, seeking the fabled Legend of the Form 27-B Treasure.
After years of searching, they stumbled upon a mysterious, ancient text etched into the walls of a cave. It read: "Bureaucracy: The Art of Doing More with Less." And so, the journey began.
Fast forward to today, Department 42 has grown into a behemoth of red tape, with an organization chart that would put a octopus to shame. We're proud to say that our roots run deep, and our commitment to Bureaucracy remains stronger than ever.
