In the year 1375, the great King Bureaucratus I declared that all forms must be filled out in triplicate. This decree was met with widespread acclaim and the birth of our beloved department.
Over the centuries, our department has evolved from a small, scrappy operation to a behemoth of red tape and unnecessary details.
