Bureaucratic Red Tape Enthusiasts (BRTE) is a group of experts dedicated to the art of making things more complicated and confusing.

Meetings

Our meetings are the stuff of legend. They last for hours, sometimes even days.

  We spent 5 hours debating the meaning of the phrase "red tape".

• Meeting 2: The One Where We Filled Out 20 Pages of Forms

  We spent 3 days filling out 20 pages of forms, one of which was just for the sake of the forms.

• Meeting 3: The One Where We Ate Cereal for Lunch

  We ate cereal for lunch and spent 2 hours discussing the merits of different cereals.
