Procedural Overlap

Warning: The bureaucratic labyrinth that is Procedural Overlap may cause dizziness, confusion, and existential dread in some users. Proceed with caution.

Here, you will find a vast, impenetrable expanse of overlapping procedures, each one a maze of red tape and Byzantine complexity.

Sub-Procedure 1: Red Tape Reconciliation

Step 1: Fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate.

Step 2: Attach a brief explanation of your reason for seeking reconciliation, not exceeding 5,000 words in length.

Step 3: Submit to the waiting room, where you will be forced to wait for 47 minutes and 14 seconds.

Sub-Procedure 2: Byzantine Redundancy Elimination

Step 1: Identify the 37 forms and 14 reports that are not, in fact, redundant.

Step 2: Fill out form 14-D/2 in triplicate, using only the non-redundant forms and reports.

Step 3: Submit to the review committee, who will inevitably reject your appeal and send you back to the start.

And so, it goes on.
