Subcontractor's Contract Terms

Effective immediately, all work performed under the auspices of this contract is governed by the following principles:

• Article 1: The Subcontractor shall wear the approved jumpsuit at all times while on-site.
• Article 2: The Subcontractor is not authorized to bring any personal snacks, as they will be provided by the Bureaucracy.
• Article 3: All communication with the Principal shall be in triplicate, via registered mail, and with carbon copy to the Bureaucracy.
• Article 4: The Subcontractor is not responsible for any damages incurred during the performance of work, as they are covered by the Bureaucracy's comprehensive liability policy.

Subcontractor's Obligations

The Subcontractor shall:

• Attend all mandatory meetings with the Principal.
• Provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice before requesting any leave or vacation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Be on-site at the designated hours of operation.

Principal's Obligations

The Principal shall:

• Provide a safe working environment.
• Pay the Subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this contract.
• Supply the Subcontractor with an adequate supply of coffee.
