Alignment Guidelines | Bureaucracy

According to Article 7, Section 3, Subsection 2 of the Bureaucratic Code, proper alignment is paramount. To achieve optimal bureaucratic efficiency, please note the following rules:

Rule 1: Vertical Alignment

Ensure that all papers and forms are stapled with precision, using only approved 8mm staples. No exceptions.

Subrule 1.1: Staple Placement

Staples must be placed exactly 2mm from the top-left corner, with a 1mm margin of error tolerated. Any variance will result in a full investigation by the Bureaucratic Review Board.

Rule 2: Horizontal Alignment

All text documents must be printed on 8.5x11 inch paper, using only Arial font, size 12. Any deviations will require a formal apology and a complimentary copy of "The Art of Bureaucratic Writing" by renowned author, Balthazar McSnazz.

Subrule 2.1: Margins

Left and right margins must be exactly 1.5 inches, with a 0.25 inch margin of error. Top and bottom margins are optional, but highly recommended.
