By Order of the Bureaucracy, Article 12 of the Red Tape Code states that in cases of unresolvable uncertainty, an alternative solution must be provided. This document outlines the procedures for implementing said alternative.
Subsection 3.1: The Art of Creative Accounting shall be followed for all cases involving unaccounted-for expenses.
Subsection 4.2: The Science of Wishful Thinking shall be employed for all matters of unproven hypotheses.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in Penalty 17: Unapproved Coffee Breaks
