Assurance 12: Point 2

Section 2 of Bureaucratic Assurance 12, the document that will save your sanity.

When in the presence of a form, you must:

1. Fill out all fields with reckless abandon.
2. Do not, under any circumstances, use the back button.
3. If a field does not have a dropdown menu, it does not have an option for 'None of the above.'
4. Do not question the existence of 'Other (please specify)'. It does not exist.

Failure to comply will result in:

1. Re-directional routing.
2. Redoing all work, because you had to start over.
3. Excessive use of profanity, directed at the system.
