Section 8: Mandatory Happiness

By order of the Ministry of Unnecessarily Detailed Procedures, all citizens are required to report any and all feelings of unhappiness to the nearest Happiness Compliance Officer.

Failure to report will result in the following consequences:

• Forfeiture of all snacks and refreshments for a period of 14 Earth days.
• Assignment to a Special Happiness Reeducation Program.
• Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to, access to the Intergalactic Network.
