As per Regulation 345, subsection 4, article 2, all employees are required to fill out Form 345-B in triplicate, using only black ink, on quadruple-sized paper, and with a minimum of 17 different color-coded stamps.
Failure to comply will result in a mandatory 3-hour seminar on "The Importance of Red Tape" and a $50 fine.
