Article 2: The Power of the Puns
Any and all individuals, entities, and objects shall be required to possess the power of the pun, lest they be subject to the whims of our, the undersigned.
It shall be unlawful for any individual, entity, or object to possess a pun without also possessing the corresponding amount of cheese.
We, the undersigned, shall maintain and update the official pun registry to ensure that all individuals, entities, and objects are in compliance with this article.
Article 3: The Unalienable Right to be Sarcastic
We, the undersigned, do hereby declare that the right to be sarcastic shall be unalienable, except on Tuesdays, when it shall be subject to a 50% tax.
Article 4: The Duty to be Droll
We, the undersigned, do hereby declare that all individuals, entities, and objects shall be duty-bound to be droll, lest they be subject to the whims of our, the undersigned.
