Article I: The Right to be Bureaucratically Correct

Section 1, Subsection 1: All citizens shall be subject to the whims of the Bureaucratic Overlord.

Section 1, Subsection 2: All decisions shall be made with the utmost efficiency and paperwork.

Section 1, Subsection 3: All citizens shall be required to fill out Form 27-B/6 in triplicate.
