Subsubsection 3 of the 21st Century Declaration of Bureaucratic Intentions

Section 3.1: The Bureaucratic Hierarchy

As per article 3.1.1, the bureaucratic structure shall consist of:

Subsection 3.1.2, paragraph 1: "The Minister of Red Tape shall be the supreme authority on all matters of paperwork and administrative burden."

Subsection 3.1.2, paragraph 2: "The Director of Procrastination shall be the chief advisor on all matters of delay and avoidance."

Section 3.2: The Bureaucratic Process

As per article 3.2.1, the bureaucratic process shall consist of:

  1. Step 1: Fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate
  2. Step 2: Attach 3 copies of your birth certificate and 2 copies of your social security card
  3. Step 3: Wait 6-9 months for a response

Subsection 3.2.2, paragraph 1: "A response to your application may take anywhere from 6 to 9 months, depending on our level of interest."
