Subsection 3: Mandatory Minimums for 21st Century Declanteration

Article 3.1: Minimum Requirements for a Valid Declanteration

As per the Declanteration Act of 2023, all declaranters must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Article 3.1.1: A minimum of 5 consecutive hours of Declanteration training, including 2 hours of online modules and 3 hours of in-person workshops.
• Article 3.1.2: A passing score of 85% or higher on the Declanteration Certification Exam.
• Article 3.1.3: A valid Declaration ID number, issued by a recognized Declanteration Certification Authority.
