Declaration 21C: Article 6, Section 7

This is the definitive guide to the 21st Century Bureaucratic Code. Article 6, Section 7, specifically addresses the issue of excessive paperwork.

Section 7: All forms must be printed on both sides of the page, using at least 3 colors, and contain a minimum of 5 stapled attachments.

Subsection 7.1: Any form that does not meet the above requirements will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.

Subsection 7.2: All forms must be submitted to the Bureaucratic Review Board for approval.

Subsection 7.3: The Bureaucratic Review Board will review all forms and may request additional information or clarification as deemed necessary.
