Creamy Catnip Risotto

Ingredients:

• 1 cup catnip

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 onion, finely chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 cup chicken broth

• 1 cup milk

• Salt, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Stir in the catnip and cook for 2 minutes.

5. Add the chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.

6. Reduce heat and let it ride, or rather, let it simmer.

7. Add salt to taste.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup catnip

• 1/4 cup water

• 1 egg

• Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, catnip, and water.

2. Beat in the egg.

3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.

5. Flatten with spatula.
