Step 2: Pay the Fees in exact change, no cheques or IOUs accepted.
Step 3: Submit Personal Essay explaining why you're worthy of certification.
Step 4: Pass Certification Exam with flying colors (or at least a 75% grade).
Step 5: Receive Certificate of Awesomeness in the mail.
