Because our community is perfect, we have these standards:
Standard 1: Mandatory Awkward Smiles
Must be worn at all times while interacting with fellow community members.
Must be accompanied by a minimum of 3 awkward handshakes.
Must be maintained for a minimum of 5 seconds to ensure sincerity.

Must be used as the primary means of communication.
Must be directed at all community members, including children and seniors.
Must result in at least 3 instances of eye-rolling per conversation.

Must be held at least 3 times a week.
Must be attended by all community members, regardless of time zone or sleep schedule.
Must feature a minimum of 2 PowerPoint presentations per meeting.
