Cookie Detox: Step 5 - The Agony and the Ecstasy of Sugar Withdrawal

Congratulations! You've reached the agonizingly difficult fifth step in our Cookie Detox Program. You're one step closer to becoming a cookie-free zone.

At this stage, your taste buds are probably crying for help, and your sweet tooth is rebelling against you. But fear not, dear cookie addict! We've got some tough love for you:

Exercise 5: The Sugar-Free Sprint

In this exercise, you'll be running on nothing but water and tears for 30 minutes. Yes, you read that right - 30 minutes. Don't worry; it's not as bad as it sounds.

But before you start, make sure to:

  1. Drink a full glass of water.
  2. Remove all screens from the room.
  3. Set your phone on "Do Not Disturb" mode.

Now, get moving! Run like the cookie windmills are at your back!
