Ginger Garlic Biscuits
These biscuits are so good, you'll want to devour them all!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the softened butter, granulated sugar, garlic, and ginger to the dry mixture. Mix until it's a sticky mess.
- Sift the mixture into a biscuit tin or shape into individual biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
