Bake the Cookies

Crank up the oven to 375°F (190°C). That's right, not 374.5, not 376. Don't even think about it.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet, 12 in all. Don't make them too big, you'll just end up with cookie-monsters.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
