  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add in marshmallow creme, milk chocolate chips, egg, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
