Welcome to the Cookie Utopia Constitutional Council, where the pursuit of cookie perfection is paramount.

We, the Council, have convened to establish the fundamental principles of this cookie society.

Article I: The Cookie Bill of Rights

Section 1: All cookies have the right to be crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Section 2: Cookies shall be protected from unreasonable cookie-bashing and cookie-pressuring.
Section 3: Cookies shall not be subject to cookie-judging, except on Tuesdays.
